Our journey began at the University of Rwanda, where a small group of us recognized the growing need for reliable IT support among our fellow students and colleagues. Driven by a shared passion for technology and a commitment to helping others, we started offering our expertise to those around us. What began as a humble initiative to assist our peers quickly grew into a broader vision—to provide exceptional IT support for everyone.

Over the past nine years, we’ve honed our skills and deepened our knowledge, always striving to stay ahead of the ever-evolving tech landscape. In 2015, we expanded our mission, reaching beyond the university to support a wider audience. Today, while our team is based in both Poland and Rwanda, we work remotely, allowing us to connect with and assist clients around the world.
